The rooms in the Fairy Chimney Inn used to be part of a 1500 year-old hidden Byzantine cave monastery. In later Ottoman times, many rooms were extended and converted into typical Cappadocian cave-houses to meet the different spatial needs of the Turkish population.

The rooms are respectfully restored in a modest way and provide a very individual character. The interior design is kept simple with traditional rugs and colorful kelims on the floor. We try to keep the old living functions of the rooms visible to the visitor as much as possible. Nowadays the rooms are also provided with tables and chairs, and a comfortable bed with a good mattress.

Prices for rooms are quoted for two people and will vary depending on how many other people are staying etc. There is a surcharge of + 22 Euros for each extra person (1/2= + 11 Euros for children & students). Single occupancy will be charged at 11 Euros less than the double room price. Breakfast and taxes are included.
